How we help you lose weight and keep it off
Join our program and focus on weight loss through three primary strategies:
Strategy 1: Lower inflammation and Metabolic balance: Weight gain is typically rooted in inflammation, which is very much proven by research. When a body gains unneeded pounds, this is triggered by an inflammatory response, causing the body to unnecessarily hold onto fat and misuse calories. To evaluate your body’s metabolic state, we look at your personal numbers, which are generated through assessments including BIA (Bioelectrical impedance analysis), BMI (Body Mass Index), body fat %, whole-body circumferences, and we include the option for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Factors like sleep, toxin exposure, glucose spikes, and hormones (thyroid, sex, and adrenal hormones) are deeply significant to the weight loss process and we focus on these too throughout the program.
Strategy 2: Personalized Functional Nutrition: Our personalized nutrition plans are based on your results of your biometric assessments, and your personal preferences. We consider food allergies and sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, metabolic patterns, and food likes/dislikes to design meal plans that suit your lifestyle and your physiological needs. This may include a combination of different diets – like ketogenic, paleo, low-carb, Mediterranean, gluten free, dairy free, GAPS, plant-based, vegan, intermittent fasting, and others – along with supplement recommendations. All plans are antiinflammatory, gut-friendly, and metabolically supportive.
Strategy 3: Mental, Behavioral, and Physical Health Support: Weight loss is not simply a game of medical visits or meal planning. And it should rarely be approached with just quick-fix solutions such as medications like Ozempic or Wegovy, surgeries or liposuction. The process of shedding pounds and keeping them off requires a holistic approach, which has to include mind and body techniques. This is why our program involves a certified health coach, licensed professional counselor, and personal trainer. A health coach offers you an accountability partner who can empower self-motivation and help you develop strategies for success based on your personal strengths. A personal trainer gets you moving with a focus on functional exercises that help lower inflammation, build muscle, lower BMI, and accelerate rehydration in the body – all important to metabolic stability. A licensed professional counselor understands the integral relationship between health issues like weight gain and mental health.
