Jenny Frederick is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach via the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and a Certified Esogetic Colorpuncture Practitioner of the Institute of Esogetic Colorpuncture USA. She has completed several advanced-level Colorpuncture therapy training courses, including Kirlian Energy Emission Analysis (biophoton photography), which she uses in practice as a main energy diagnostic tool. Jenny has also trained in specialized kinesiology using muscle testing as a biofeedback tool to balance the body’s energy system. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.

Jenny is enthusiastic about holistic health and wellness, and has over 20 years of experience working within naturopathic and functional medicine practices in Arizona and Oregon, including previous experience as the Medicinary Manager at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She also held her own private Colorpuncture practice in Scottsdale, Arizona and has an extensive background in health food store management, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, and homeopathy.

Jenny joined Newbridge Health & Wellness in December of 2018 and assists as one of the Patient Care Coordinators while also available for Colorpuncture and health coaching sessions. Jenny’s expansive knowledge of nutritional supplements and the functional medicine approach to wellness is indispensable to our care system. Jenny’s passion for whole-person healing and her constant pursuit of knowledge is deeply rooted in vitalism and the interplay between information, energy, and matter (spirit-soul-body). 

In her free time, Jenny enjoys reading, studying new topics of interest, hiking and exploring new parks and natural vistas, cycling, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.
