Catherine recognizes that good health depends on one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through her practice, she discusses and supports each area to bring patients full health and healing. Her special areas of interest include deeply listening to each person’s story, mental health challenges – especially depression and anxiety – and gut health.
