Kari Hanson is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and overall enthusiast of Functional and Integrative Medicine with over 10 years of experience in the field.
Kari joined Newbridge in 2022 and plays a key role in office coordination, therapy facilitation, and patient coaching. She offers ongoing support and accountability to patients in helping them reach their goals and improve their quality of life. You’ll often find her supporting patients with therapies like EWOT, Ozone Sauna, PEMF, far infrared sauna, ion foot bath, and power plate.
Kari looks at health as a puzzle with many pieces and believes the pathway to healing should encompass bio-individuality, ancestral wisdom, lifestyle habits, and scientific research in order to fully support the mind, body, and spirit. She always tries to approach health issues at a foundational level.
In her free time, Kari enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, going on walks with friends, reading, listening to podcasts, spending time in nature, and finding her creativity in the kitchen. She also facilitates activities including hikes, paddles, and classes at a camp in the BWCA during summers, serving as a resource to adults and their families as they acclimate to campgrounds. Some of the classes she instructs include art, mindfulness, and yoga.
